I am a psychotherapist under supervision (Viennese School of Existential Analysis and Logotherapy, GLE) and also hold a medical degree in Dentistry. I am a member of ČAP (Czech Psychotherapeutic Association) and FETE (Federation for Existential Therapy in Europe), ensuring that my practice adheres to the professional and ethical standards required in this profession.
It is natural for us to sometimes feel confused or burdened by life circumstances, to feel lost, or to experience ourselves as inadequate, as if something is wrong with us or the world around us. While these states are part of the human experience, they can still cause suffering, and this is where psychotherapy can be helpful.
A therapy room, whether physical or virtual, provides a secure and supportive space to explore these experiences. Through reflection, understanding, and curiosity, we can find peace amid turmoil, reconnect with ourselves, and discover a path forward.
My primary approach is existential analysis and logotherapy, a humanistic and person-centered form of psychotherapy. This means that the work revolves around you as an individual—your values, your freedom, and your unique way of being. It is about discovering your authentic position in the world and developing a self-responsible way of relating to yourself and life. In short, it is an exploration of the conditions necessary to live a fulfilled life.
I deeply believe that each human soul holds beauty and depth, and that working with another person in therapy is both a responsibility and a privilege.
I am originally from Ukraine, born and raised in a family of dentists. My professional path was shaped long before I had a choice, and initially, I followed it by studying and working in medicine. I graduated from medical university in Kyiv in 2013, then moved to Prague, where I spent the next ten years working as a dentist.
From the outside, it seemed like a great life, but I always felt it wasn’t my true calling. Eventually, I decided to change my path to live in a way that felt authentic to me. My journey began with a year-long NLP course in Prague in 2017, followed by a five-year psychotherapy training program in Vienna.
Today, I am where I dreamed of being: practicing as a psychotherapist under supervision, and I am genuinely happy to be here.
Originally from Ukraine, I am an English-speaking psychotherapist under supervision in Prague (Czech Republic), and a member of ČAP and FETE. Although I hold a medical degree in Dentistry, my true calling is psychotherapy. I offer online-only sessions to adults, grateful to accompany my clients on their paths of healing and growth.
My approach, grounded in existential analysis and logotherapy, is humanistic and person-centered, focusing on meaning, authenticity, and personal responsibility. I provide a safe space to explore confusion, disconnection, or inner conflict, supporting clients toward understanding and a more fulfilled life.
