My Credentials:

I am a licensed psychotherapist based in Vienna, trained in psychodynamic therapy, which provides a foundation for exploring unconscious processes and the ways past experiences shape present-day life. I am also an EMDR therapist, working with clients to process unresolved traumatic experiences that may continue to hold them back. In addition, I have training in neurofeedback and other nervous-system regulation methods that support the body and brain in regaining balance. My experience is further strengthened by years of personal study, clinical supervision, and a deep commitment to ongoing professional development.

With more than 10 years of experience in both private practice and clinical settings, I  worked with individuals from diverse cultural, social, and professional backgrounds. My professional path has allowed me to accompany people through different stages of life and a wide variety of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, cultural adjustment, and questions of identity and belonging. Over the years, I have refined my practice to integrate several therapeutic approaches, always with the goal of tailoring the process to each client’s unique needs.

My Approach:

I believe therapy is both a journey of self-discovery and a practical process of change. While insight into the past is important, true transformation often requires working with the body and nervous system as well. In my practice, I combine depth-oriented exploration with evidence-based, experiential tools that help clients feel more grounded in the present.

Together, we may use EMDR to reprocess past experiences that are still holding you back, mindfulness-based techniques to build emotional resilience, and neurofeedback training to encourage greater mental flexibility and calm. By weaving these approaches together, I aim to create a therapeutic space where the unconscious can become conscious, while the body is also supported in releasing what it has held onto for too long. This combination allows clients not only to understand the patterns that have shaped their lives but also to move beyond them with clarity and confidence.

Therapy with me often begins with an initial phase of five weekly sessions. This serves as a structured starting point—an entry into the “forest” of one’s inner world. By the fifth session, we reflect together on the themes that have emerged, the progress made, and the possibilities ahead. The goal is not simply to avoid or suppress difficulties but to face them with curiosity, compassion, and courage. Old protective patterns can be honored for what they once provided, while also being transformed so they no longer limit the future.

About Me:

I was born in Israel and later moved to Vienna, an experience that deeply influenced both my personal journey and professional perspective. Living abroad has shown me how challenging it can be to adapt to a new culture while staying connected to one’s roots. These experiences allow me to meet clients with empathy and understanding, particularly those navigating transitions, identity questions, or the uncertainty that often accompanies change.

My own journey has reinforced my belief that therapy is not only about healing but also about growth and transformation. It is about finding clarity in times of confusion, rediscovering resilience in times of stress, and building a stronger relationship with oneself in the process.

Summary:

I am an English-speaking psychotherapist offering both in-person and online sessions to adults.

At its heart, my work is about helping clients break free from old patterns, reconnect with themselves, and feel more present and grounded. Whether we are addressing trauma, exploring unconscious dynamics, or strengthening nervous system regulation, the aim is always to foster greater clarity, resilience, and choice.

I see therapy as a collaborative process, one that invites curiosity, honesty, and courage. By combining trauma-focused methods, depth exploration, and practical tools, I help clients move toward a more fulfilling and connected life. My role is not to provide ready-made answers but to walk alongside you as we uncover new possibilities and open the way to meaningful change.
