I am a licensed clinical psychologist and a Tony Robbins coach. I have completed training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and I am currently in my third year of training in Systemic Psychotherapy.
I have worked with many expats facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, stress, burnout, eating disorders, career transitions such as moving into entrepreneurship, communication difficulties, and relationship problems. My training allows me to combine evidence-based psychological methods with coaching techniques that bring clarity and direction to my clients’ personal and professional lives.
My approach is centered on creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive therapeutic space. I work exclusively with individuals, guiding them in the direction they choose and toward the goals they set for themselves or that we set together.
I see therapy as a collaborative process where both therapist and client take responsibility for the journey.
In our work together, we focus on:
I believe that meaningful changes happen when inner experiences are met with compassion, and when new perspectives can reshape old narratives. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you access your own strengths and cultivate an inner state of balance and resourcefulness.
Happiness, in my view, is not simply a fleeting emotion but a deeper inner state that becomes more accessible when we know ourselves and take care of ourselves with intention. Therapy is one of the most powerful ways to create that foundation.
My path as a therapist has been shaped not only by clinical training, but also by my own journey of growth and healing. I know from experience that even a small shift in perspective can bring relief — and sometimes reveal resources we didn’t realize we had. I’ve also learned how much can change when those inner narratives are met with compassion and understanding.
Alongside my formal education, I have explored spiritual perspectives, including Reiki, Christian prayer, shamanic practices, and traditional Javanese teachings. While I never impose these approaches, I can integrate them into therapy if they align with your values and feel supportive.
What I bring to my work is a blend of professionalism, empathy, and authenticity. Clients often tell me they feel genuinely seen and supported in my presence. I value creating a relationship where you feel safe enough to share what truly matters to you — including the parts of yourself that feel most vulnerable.
Put simply, my aim is to co-create a space where you feel safe enough to explore, heal, and grow into a more connected version of yourself.
I am an English-speaking psychologist in Brussels, Belgium, offering therapy sessions to adults.
I work with expats facing challenges such as anxiety, stress, burnout, career transitions, eating disorders, communication issues, and relationship difficulties. My approach combines evidence-based psychology with coaching techniques to foster resilience, clarity, and meaningful personal growth in a safe, supportive space.
