My Credentials:

I hold a degree in Psychology from the Italian University Institute of Rosario, Argentina, where I built a strong foundation in clinical psychology and mental health. Later, I pursued a Master’s Degree (MSc) in General Health Psychology in Spain, which gave me the opportunity to deepen my knowledge in psychological assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. I am a licensed psychologist in Spain (Collegiate Number: M-42479) and have completed additional training in therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), humanistic therapies, and systemic models. This background allows me to adapt to the specific needs of each client and to work effectively with people from diverse cultural contexts. Having studied and practiced in different countries has given me an international perspective, something I consider especially valuable when working with expats and clients navigating cultural transitions.

My Approach:

My therapeutic approach is integrative and flexible, always tailored to the unique needs of each person. I combine evidence-based techniques, including CBT, humanistic perspectives, and systemic methods, to ensure therapy is practical, effective, and meaningful. Instead of applying a single model, I collaborate with clients to design a personalized therapeutic process that fits their values, goals, and pace. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, stress, and emotional difficulties, as well as life transitions, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges. My goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered. Therapy with me is not only about addressing difficulties but also about building resilience and equipping you with tools for long-term emotional well-being.

About Me:

I am originally from Argentina and later moved to Spain, an experience that has given me personal insight into the challenges of adapting to new environments, cultures, and identities. This journey has enriched my ability to connect with expats and individuals who are navigating transitions, as I understand both the excitement and the emotional strain that can accompany these experiences. Beyond my professional work, I enjoy music, especially playing the guitar and singing, as I believe creative expression is a powerful way to connect with emotions. I also value spending time outdoors and exploring new places, as these activities help me maintain balance in my own life. I see psychology not only as my profession but also as my calling, because I find deep meaning in supporting others on their path toward growth and fulfillment.

Summary:

I am a licensed psychologist offering online therapy for individuals, couples, and families in both English and Spanish. My mission is to create a professional, warm, and compassionate space where you can explore your challenges, understand your emotions, and work toward meaningful and lasting change. With international training, a flexible therapeutic approach, and a genuine commitment to my clients’ well-being, I support people in their journey toward resilience, balance, and personal growth—all from the comfort of their own homes.
