My name is Elisabeth, and I’m a multilingual Psychologist and Psychotherapist offering therapy in English, German, Russian, and French. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, both online* and in person.
(*working with children online is something I rarely do, it always depends on the case).
My background and training are integrative, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Positive Psychology. Having studied and worked across Spain, Austria, Germany, and the Netherlands, I bring an open, multicultural perspective to my work, which helps me connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Over the years, I’ve supported people through a wide range of emotional and life challenges, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, relationship difficulties, ADHD, ASD, and cultural adjustment. I also work with those seeking to reconnect with themselves, strengthen emotional balance, or grow personally.
What matters most to me is that therapy feels safe, collaborative, and authentic. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, but also deeply human, because while theory and tools are important, it’s the relationship that makes therapy healing.
I see therapy as a collaborative journey, a space where we can explore together what feels difficult, confusing, or painful, and where you can safely reconnect with yourself. Each person’s path is different, so I adapt my work to your pace, needs, and goals.
Depending on what you’re going through, I may integrate tools from CBT or DBT to help you regulate emotions, manage daily challenges, or work with thought patterns. From psychodynamic and relational approaches, we look at how deeper emotional experiences and relationships shape your present. Positive Psychology helps us focus on compassion, strengths, and the small, steady steps that can lead to change.
The goal is not just to reduce symptoms, but to build emotional growth, resilience, and self-understanding, to help you live with more clarity, self-connection, and authenticity.
When working with children or adolescents, I use creative methods such as play, drawing, or storytelling to help them express feelings safely. I also work closely with parents to support the child’s emotional world in a consistent and caring way.
Whether we work short- or long-term, therapy offers a space for reflection, healing, and reconnection — a place to rediscover calm, meaning, and inner strength.
I would describe myself as warm, calm, and empathetic, with a genuine curiosity for people and their inner worlds. I believe that real change happens when we feel seen, heard, and understood without judgment. My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk beside you as we explore what has shaped you and what can now support your growth.
In my work, I value honesty and authenticity. I aim to create a relationship where you feel safe enough to explore difficult emotions, but also gently challenged to move forward. I believe therapy is teamwork: it’s about openness, trust, and building something meaningful together.
Having lived and worked in several countries, I deeply understand the challenges of cultural adaptation, identity, and belonging. I see culture not as a barrier but as a bridge, one that connects our experiences, values, and stories.
I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Vienna, Austria, and from an early age, I felt drawn to understanding people and their emotions. Over the years, this calling grew into a heartfelt profession. Today, I feel grateful to accompany others in their most vulnerable and courageous moments.
Outside of work, I love being in nature, cooking, exercising, reading, and spending time on creative activities with the people I love.
I am a Psychologist and Psychotherapist offering therapy in English, German, Russian, and French. I support children, adolescents, and adults both online and in person, combining evidence-based methods with a deeply human, multicultural approach.
Whether you’re a child trying to make sense of big emotions, a teenager feeling lost, an adult facing uncertainty, or a parent seeking guidance, you don’t have to go through it alone. In our work together, I’ll listen with care and curiosity, helping you untangle what feels heavy and find your way back to yourself.
