As a certified Level 1 Practitioner, I work with a wide spectrum of issues including stress and anxiety, self-esteem, chronic pain, emotional regulation, and behavioural patterns such as binge eating and drinking. BWRT® is especially effective for clients who are looking for fast, content-free relief despite countless effort from previous therapy experiences.
For those drawn to deeper personal growth, I weave in Mindfulness and Clinical Hypnotherapy to create an integrative pathway to healing and self-empowerment. I hold certifications from OMNI Hypnosis International, the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH), and the International Board of Hypnosis, ensuring that my practice and the techniques I used are grounded in internationally recognised standards.
My holistic background further includes training as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) with Yoga Alliance, and certification as a Breathwork Instructor through Yogalap. This diverse skillset allows me to bridge modern neuroscience with ancient embodied wisdom.

When I’m not working, you’ll most likely find me in nature. Hiking and both scuba and freediving have become lifelong passions despite my earlier fear of water. Overcoming that phobia led me to discover peace and awe in the underwater world. Each year, my husband and I dedicate time to travel and explore dive sites around the globe.
Back at home, life is joyfully ruled by my two cats, Larry and Lizzy. And yes, I could certainly call myself a “Cat Lady”!
