I am a clinical psychologist working with adults who experience a broad range of challenges, including stress-related problems, depression, anxiety, and obsessive–compulsive difficulties. In my practice, I focus on combining evidence-based psychological treatments with a neuropsychological perspective, helping clients not only to understand their difficulties but also to develop practical tools for lasting change and improved resilience.
I obtained my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and have built my expertise through extensive work with diverse client populations in both clinical and online settings.
Alongside my clinical work, I am further specializing in clinical neuropsychology, with the aim of integrating neuropsychological diagnostics and insights into my therapeutic practice. This dual focus allows me to address both the psychological and cognitive aspects of mental health difficulties.
I continue to advance my knowledge through ongoing professional training, postgraduate education, and active engagement with new developments in psychotherapy and neuroscience. My goal is to bring together clinical expertise, scientific insight, and genuine therapeutic connection to support each client’s individual process of growth.
My practice mainly focuses on adolescents, young adults, adults and seniors.
Over the years, I have developed a strong appreciation for combining evidence-based psychotherapy with insights from neuropsychology. My approach is integrative, meaning that I draw on different therapeutic frameworks depending on the needs of each individual client. I often work with cognitive-behavioral and relational methods, while also paying close attention to how brain functioning, stress regulation, and cognitive processes influence emotions and behavior.
I believe that psychological difficulties do not emerge in isolation, but are shaped by the interaction between our biology, personal history, and current environment. Stress, for example, can alter how we think and perceive the world, while early experiences and coping styles can shape how we respond to life’s challenges. By understanding these layers together, therapy can move beyond symptom reduction to lasting personal growth and resilience.
I view therapy as a collaborative process — a journey where the client sets the goals and direction. For some, the destination may be reducing anxiety or coping more effectively with depressive symptoms. For others, it may be improving relationships, gaining clarity about recurring patterns, or finding new balance in their daily lives. Each client’s path is unique, and so are the tools, tempo, and strategies we use to get there.
My role as a therapist is to provide a safe, structured, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore, experiment, and better understand themselves. By strengthening self-awareness, identifying unhelpful patterns, and developing practical skills, clients are able to move towards a more fulfilling, meaningful life.
Outside of my work as a psychologist, I enjoy activities that keep both my mind and body engaged. I have a passion for playing chess, which challenges me to think strategically and stay focused. Music is another important part of my life, both as a source of inspiration and relaxation. I also value staying active and regularly work out to maintain balance and energy in my daily life.
