My Credentials:

I’m a licensed psychologist based in Greece and a regular member of the Greek Association of Psychologists (SEPS). I hold a BA in Psychology from the European University of Cyprus and an MSc in Social Work from the University of Nicosia. I also have Pedagogic and Didactic Competence, having graduated from the Department of French Language and Literature at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. I am trained in administering the MMPI-2 for personality and psychopathology assessment, as well as the WISC-V, which evaluates the cognitive abilities of children and adolescents. Committed to lifelong learning, I have obtained certifications in areas including Psychopathology, Depression, Child Psychology, School Psychology, Counseling, and Life Coaching. In my private practice—both in-person and online—I provide systemic psychotherapy and counseling to clients worldwide.

My approach blends psychotherapy with education, emphasizing negotiation as a key life skill. I specialize in interpersonal challenges such as divorce, family dynamics, parenting, and crisis management, as well as difficulties stemming from major life changes like job loss or career transitions. I also support clients in recovering from narcissistic abuse, helping them recognize and break free from harmful patterns. As a psychology instructor, I also educate parents, teachers, and mental health professionals on topics such as identity development, self-esteem, positive psychology, child and adolescent psychology, bullying, and personality models. Beyond credentials, I don’t pretend to have all the answers as a therapist. Systemic therapy is about asking the right questions—helping clients uncover their own truths while building effective coping strategies. Becoming a mother at 24 taught me that growth is not a race; every step matters. I also engage in ongoing therapy and supervision to maintain ethical and professional standards.

My Approach:

I follow the principles of Systemic Philosophy, which holds that everything—people included—is interconnected, and that these relationships shape our perception of reality. In therapy, I work collaboratively with clients to explore the key relational dynamics in their lives and how these dynamics may influence their mental health or personal struggles. The process places special emphasis on the balance of interpersonal relationships and their impact on decision-making, while also acknowledging the social and cultural contexts that shape a person’s thinking.

As a systemic psychotherapist, I am not a passive observer, but an active participant in the therapeutic relationship. The interaction is dynamic and reciprocal—both therapist and client influence one another. I believe that when the meaning within a system shifts, a disruption occurs that can lead to deep, lasting change. This disruption can offer fresh insight and create space for transformation. My goal is to help clients recognize their relational patterns, develop healthier strategies, and build resilience through negotiation and adaptation. Like Virgil guiding Dante through the inferno, a therapist supports their clients in facing deep fears and confronting the hidden truths of their struggles. Therapy is a shared journey of growth and self-discovery.

About Me:

When not working and as a way to cope or have a good time, I do pilates and enjoy Russian literature. During summer, swimming is my favourite thing to do.

Summary:

I am an English-speaking psychologist based in Thessaloniki, Greece, offering both in-person and online therapy sessions to individuals (18+) and couples. I specialize in relationships, life transitions and narcissistic abuse. I am trained in administering the MMPI-2 for personality and psychopathology assessment, as well as the WISC-V, which evaluates the cognitive abilities of children and adolescents.

I’ll listen, support you, challenge you. I won’t sugarcoat things, but I’ll be right there with you as you step into the discomfort. Let’s unpack your burdens together.
