I hold a degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Psychoanalysis, and I am accredited in Spain. My professional journey has included work in clinical research, university teaching, child and adolescent mental health care, and group therapy facilitation. I have spent many years working as an individual therapist, supporting people in ongoing, one-on-one processes that honour their unique experiences and emotional landscapes. In parallel, I’ve had the privilege of engaging in other meaningful therapeutic settings: facilitating group therapy with older adults, offering family therapy to communities facing social exclusion, and collaborating within a European online therapy network. Over time, I’ve built a diverse therapeutic toolkit that draws from systemic therapy, third-wave cognitive-behavioral approaches, LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapy, play therapy, and artistic modalities. I continuously seek training, techniques, and resources—remaining curious and committed to developing new ways of responding to the complexities of human experience.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in adaptability and relational depth. I don’t apply a one-size-fits-all method, but instead craft each intervention based on the unique reality and inner world of the person in front of me. I offer a space that prioritizes emotional safety and deep listening, paying attention to the spoken and unspoken, to what a person expresses as well as what remains silent. I adopt an integrative framework that allows me to respond flexibly, incorporating strategies from different schools of thought when appropriate—always considering the cultural, emotional, and existential context of each individual. Therapy is not simply a technique; it is an encounter. I approach it with respect, sensitivity, and thoughtful presence. While creativity remains part of my practice, it is not the centerpiece. When artistic resources such as metaphors, visual elements, or symbolic play are used, they are carefully selected to support emotional exploration rather than distract from it. Above all, the intervention adapts to what the person truly needs in each moment: clarity, containment, expression, or stillness.
I work with people experiencing transitions—geographical, emotional, cultural, or existential. These moments often provoke questions of meaning, belonging, and identity. Rather than offering ready-made answers, I accompany individuals in their process of searching and articulating their own truths. I approach each client with openness and respect, tailoring the process to their unique experience. Some need clarity, some seek silence, and others long for deep connection. My role is to listen carefully and respond with compassion, helping people cultivate resilience and a renewed sense of self. I try to be as open and honest as possible, so therapy can feel safe and genuine—a space where people can be fully themselves, and feel truly accompanied.
I am an English-speaking psychologist in Barcelona, Spain, offering both in-person and online therapy sessions to adults. Therapy is a shared journey. It is an immense privilege to walk beside someone as they uncover, rebuild, and make sense of themselves. My task is never to lead nor to direct, but to accompany—with care, attention, and respect. This path is not linear, and no two journeys are alike. I bring presence, flexibility, and integrity to every session, with the hope of cultivating a space where transformation feels not only possible—but safe.
