My Credentials:

I am an Integrative Therapist and Counsellor working in both English and French, with extensive experience supporting people through anxiety, burnout, trauma, addictions, self-esteem issues, relationship challenges and life transitions. My training is rooted in person-centred counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, somatic awareness and trauma-informed care.

I hold advanced qualifications in counselling and have undertaken specialist training in working with survivors of abuse, addictive behaviours and complex trauma. My experience spans private practice and community settings both in-person and online, supporting adults from diverse cultural backgrounds. I am committed to ethical, reflective practice and receive regular clinical supervision to maintain the highest professional standards.

Having lived and worked across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the United States for over 30 years, I bring a truly international perspective to therapy. This experience gives me particular insight into the challenges faced by expats, migrants and those negotiating life far from their country of origin.

My Approach:

My goal is to provide a safe, confidential space where you can talk openly about your challenges and hopes for the future. I believe therapy is most effective when it is tailored to you, your goals, your story, your pace.

At the heart of my work is a person-centred approach that emphasises empathy, respect and genuine understanding. I draw on CBT to help you identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and use mindfulness techniques to support emotional regulation and self-awareness. For clients dealing with trauma, I integrate somatic and trauma-informed practices to help process experiences that may feel overwhelming or stuck.

I specialise in supporting people navigating sobriety, including those exploring grey area drinking and understand how addictive behaviours can function as coping strategies. I also have particular experience helping expats and migrants manage cultural transitions, isolation and questions of identity and belonging.

My approach is collaborative and compassionate yet gently challenging when needed. We will work together to explore patterns, develop new coping skills and build a greater sense of agency and resilience. Sessions are online, giving you the freedom to access therapy from wherever feels most comfortable and secure.

About Me:

I founded my online practice to make therapy more accessible and culturally responsive for people living internationally or away from their support networks. Having spent decades as an expat myself, I know the complexity of building a life across cultures, the excitement, but also the dislocation, homesickness and loss of familiar reference points. This experience has shaped my commitment to offering culturally sensitive, bilingual therapy for those navigating life abroad.

Before specialising in counselling, I worked in education, coaching and community development in diverse countries. These experiences taught me that while our contexts and cultures differ, our core human needs, for safety, connection, understanding, and growth are universal.

Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, painting, travelling, cooking dishes from the places I’ve called home and staying connected with friends and family around the world. I’m passionate about lifelong learning, both personally and professionally and bring curiosity, humility and respect to every client I meet.

Summary:

I am a bilingual (French/English) Integrative Therapist offering online sessions from €75 for individuals and couples (18+) seeking compassionate, culturally sensitive support anywhere in the world. My approach combines person-centred therapy, CBT, mindfulness, somatic awareness and trauma-informed care to address anxiety, burnout, trauma, addictions, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem and expat challenges. Whether you want short-term practical support or longer-term in-depth exploration, I offer a confidential, non-judgmental space to reflect, heal, and grow.

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where we work together to understand your story, develop new strategies and build lasting change. My aim is to offer a safe, confidential space where you feel heard, respected and empowered to move forward. Whether you’re seeking practical solutions or deep personal exploration, I am here to help you navigate your path with clarity and self-compassion.
