I am a qualified therapist with a background in both teaching and psychotherapy, trained in creative and evidence-based approaches. I work integratively, drawing on person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT, and compassion-informed methods. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 14 years working as a French teacher in primary schools, which provided me with a profound understanding of children’s developmental needs and the ability to communicate effectively across different ages and learning styles. I hold up-to-date safeguarding training and a current DBS check, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all my clients. My expertise also includes supporting neurodivergent individuals, informed not only by professional knowledge but also by lived experience as a mother to two autistic and ADHD young men. This dual perspective allows me to approach therapy with empathy, insight, and practical understanding of neurodivergent needs.
Where compassion meets expertise: therapy tailored to you. I believe therapy is a space where you can simply be yourself, free from judgment. My approach is person-centred, gentle, and empathetic, grounded in genuine care and professionalism. Whether working with children, teenagers, or adults, I provide a safe and supportive environment where challenges can be explored, emotions understood, and self-worth nurtured. I help clients make sense of their thoughts and feelings, heal from adversity, and reconnect with their inner resources. Therapy with me is collaborative: together, we work towards empowerment, wellbeing, and growth at a pace that feels right for each individual. My integrative approach allows me to adapt techniques to suit each client’s unique needs and preferences, ensuring therapy is both effective and meaningful.
Originally from France, I have made the UK my home for more than half of my life. My personal journey as a parent to neurodivergent young men has shaped my perspective and deepened my understanding of the challenges families may face, enriching my professional work with real-world insight. Outside of work, I value family life, creativity, and spending time in nature. I also enjoy connecting with dogs and embracing opportunities for relaxation and reflection whenever possible.
I am a French born, UK-based therapist offering safe, non-judgemental therapy for children (ages 6 to 13, as well as some teenagers depending on needs) and adults. I work integratively, combining creative and evidence-based therapies with a person-centred approach. My special interests include neurodivergence, emotional wellbeing, and family support.
