I am trained in Work and Organizational Psychology, Gestalt Counseling, Psychology and Mindfulness. I obtained my Bachelor’s in Psychology at IE University, in Spain, and my Master’s in Work and Organizational Psychology at the Vrije Universiteit, in the Netherlands. I then continued attending courses on mindfulness and yoga therapy at the Yoga Therapy Institute, in the Netherlands, and got certified as a Gestalt counselor at the Scuola Gestalt di Torino.
As a Gestalt therapist, I believe in the power of awareness, presence, and deep connection to facilitate meaningful change. My approach is holistic, experiential, and rooted in the understanding that healing occurs in the here and now. By exploring patterns, emotions, and unfinished experiences, I help clients develop greater self-awareness and empower them to make authentic choices in their lives.
With a compassionate and interactive style, I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, relationships, and personal challenges. Rather than focusing solely on the past, I emphasize what is happening in the present moment—helping you uncover underlying emotions, resolve inner conflicts, and step into a more fulfilling way of being.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, relationship difficulties, self-doubt, or a sense of disconnection, I am here to support you. Together, we will explore what is emerging in your life, helping you reconnect with your strengths and cultivate meaningful change.
If you’re ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation, I invite you to reach out. Let’s begin this process together.
Originally from a small town near Rome, I have spent many years studying and working internationally, starting at the age of 16. My true passion for different cultures and ways of being has led me into deepening my understanding of what drives us as human beings, and how we come to be who we really are.
I spent years reading psychology while studying and working in different countries, such as the US, Spain, Turkey and the Netherlands. I have worked in organizational psychology at environmentally and wellbeing-driven companies, before taking a more personal path which led me to deepen my understanding of mind, bodies and breath through yoga and Gestalt counseling. I then qualified as a hatha and yin yoga teacher and a clinical counselor, and started seeing patients from all over the world and all walks of life. I am continuously fascinated at how our bodies and mind interact, and how our systems connect to the larger environment we live in. My biggest inspiration has always been the natural world, and that’s where I sometimes retreat to center and reconnect.
I am an English-speaking psychologist and counsellor and I receive patients online as well as in my studios in Turin, Alba (CN) or Bra (CN), Italy, both individuals and couples.
As an expat myself, I understand the unique challenges that come with building a life in a new country—navigating cultural differences, feeling disconnected, and redefining your sense of belonging. As a Gestalt therapist, I offer a supportive space where expats can explore these experiences, process emotions, and develop a deeper connection with themselves and their surroundings.
With a background in Work and Organizational Psychology, Gestalt Counseling, Psychology, and Mindfulness, I take a holistic and experiential approach to therapy. My work focuses on the present moment, helping you gain self-awareness, break unhelpful patterns, and make choices that align with your authentic self. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, cultural adjustment, relationship difficulties, or identity shifts, I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment to support your personal growth.
